Description
The Glock G43X has been perfected through and through for concealed carry and handling with smaller hands.
Compared to the highly acclaimed Glock G43, which is the smallest and narrowest Glock with caliber 9 mm Luger, the new G43X has several crucial differences.
The grip of the new G43X has been extended so that four more 9 mm cartridges can be accommodated in the single-row magazine. This gives the weapon a total magazine capacity of 10 (+1) rounds. The G43 only has 6 rounds.
The robust polymer frame is equipped with an extended beavertail to achieve a better grip for safe and precise shooting. The grip also has a practical rail for accessories. The larger grip optimally serves a wide range of hand sizes despite the slim width of only 28 mm. The compact frame size also makes it suitable as a guided secondary weapon for finishing shots and self-defense. The low weight of the Glock G43X also contributes to this. With a full magazine, it is only 654 g.
The subcompact, only 16.5 cm long slide with fixed sights has a new indestructible nPVD coating, as well as additional grip grooves (front serrations) in the front slide area for fast repeating processes. The newly developed Glock Marksman Barrels (GMB) were created as part of a tender for the US Army and have a new, modified polygonal barrel profile to further improve the precision potential. In addition, the polygonal barrel profile improves the service life of a barrel, as the bullet is “pressed” and not “cut”. This reduces barrel deposits to a minimum.
Other features include a short distance between the back of the grip and the trigger and a convertible magazine release button.
